Nanomaterials
Custom-synthesised nanostructures tuned for the target gas — engineered for selectivity at parts-per-million levels and long-term chemical stability.
We engineer gas sensing from the atom up — mastering nanomaterials, thin-film deposition, and semiconductor processes to build a self-reliant future in industrial safety.
Hythane Technologies is a deep-tech company building the gas-sensing stack that global leaders spent decades perfecting — and rebuilding it to thrive in the conditions our industries actually face.
From nano material synthesis to hardware and firmware, we own the full chain. That means total control over IP, quality and scale — and a sensor designed for the heat, humidity and dust of real industrial plants, not a clean room.
Most gas sensors fail in the field because the layers don't talk to each other. We design every layer ourselves — so they do.
Custom-synthesised nanostructures tuned for the target gas — engineered for selectivity at parts-per-million levels and long-term chemical stability.
Micro-controller electronics, embedded firmware and on-board signal conditioning — designed in-house so the intelligence sits inside the sensor, not in a control room three buildings away.
Every layer above, assembled into the e-Sniffer — a field-ready transmitter certified for Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, built to handle the heat, humidity and dust of a real industrial plant.
Hythane's e-Sniffer is a single, certified detection platform — and a catalogue of sensor configurations that drop into the same housing.
A micro-controller-based transmitter for industrial gas detection, compatible with Metal-Oxide Semiconductor, Catalytic and Electrochemical sensors. Detects in ppm and volume-%, outputs a calibrated 4–20 mA signal, drives warning, alarm and fault relays, and surfaces it all on a local three-digit LED display.
Configure the e-Sniffer to the gas, the range and the application — from PPM trace levels to %-volume LEL.
